ONE FOR ALL - BEMAC
This Friday, 20th Feb @ 7.30 pm the Common Ground crew are performing at the BEMAC "One For All" gig at the Suncorp Piazza. One For All is a community driven, cross cultural art exchange for young people of migrant and refugee backgrounds, in particular from Sudanese, Somalian, and Tongan communities working together with professional musicians. One For All showcases the work of participants and includes performances by Tichowna Mashawa, Roz Pappalardo, Andy Dickson, Merenia and Bukk City.
Be sure to get down to the Suncorp Piazza and be a part of this amazing event.

Proudly presented by CONTACT Inc, the Common Ground track and video clip is the outcome of collaboration between artsworkers and over 30 young people from October to December 2008 on Brisbane's Southside. The collaboration explored the key themes of WISDOM, CHANGE, PASSION and GENERATION. WATCH DOCO HERE for more info and some behind the scenes action from the workshop program.
